Sphagnum moss has great water storage capacity -it can provide and effectively hold humidity in Terrariums / rearing boxes.
Spiderlings/Slings need more moisture than some adult spiders. Moss can, in combination with a good substrate , help and counteract potential germ contamination.
However, moss is also suitable for adult spiders, snakes, turtles, lizards and frogs.

The Trixie Sphagnum Moss is compostable and has no chemical additives.
Supplied as a 100g pressed block. With the addition of water , it provides 4.5L of product.
